Yes he is. He’s the head coach, he’s responsible everything. Only in Pittsburgh is the head coach not responsible for his teams shitty performance.Texas Black & Gold wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 4:23 amTomlin is not responsible for Ben throwing INT's.

I think Ben will be back. He didn't go through all of that to come back for one year

Agree. But his being consistently good continuously....I don't see it anymore. And all on Tomlin's Watch.
Thanks Big Ben. I truly appreciate you bringing us respectability and championships over your career. I hate for it to end this way as you were a stud for so long. Father Time has spoken.

FYI, we pick 24th. My first two picks would be OT and C.
I hope he gets cut or traded. And then Ben gets a chance to play another year or two with a non-moron as HC.
We will never win a SB with Tomlin. So might as well cut or trade Ben. I think he still has something left. Expecting him to be Superman with this offense and these coaches isn't remotely fair.

He dug this team into such a hole that no performance could redeem him.

Not nearly as much as he should. Fichtner and Ben will bear the brunt of this loss.
Why in the fuck does D. Johnson fall down so much?

1. No one is going to give a lot for Ben after this season.Kodiak wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 4:32 amI hope he gets cut or traded. And then Ben gets a chance to play another year or two with a non-moron as HC.

God, Ben for 500 and a terrible loss.

Bullshit. I'm telling you Rooney will say at his end of year address that they need to commit to the run. They will let go a few position coaches go, that's it.Professor Half Wit wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 4:30 amI think Rooney is probably not happy. Good to see them run a playaction. Down 18. With 1:30 left.

If you have been paying attention, but for 2 quarters against the Colts (who were pretty good) there isn’t a team other than the Jags that played worse football the last 5-6 weeks of the season than the Steelers.Jobu wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 4:31 amYes he is. We were trending down. We were sloppy. We showed all of our stupid ass cards.
Mike Tomlin owns this fucking dive bomb. He sucks, period and he wasted the best years of Ben’s career.
Mike Tomlin can fuck right off.

The difference between Phil Mickelson fifteen years ago and today is that he rarely had bad rounds. He can still throw up a 64 but can't string together four good rounds. For young players, it's the difference between FedEx ranking and the Korn ferry tour.
Kobe scored sixty in his last game but his great games became scarcer.

Tomlin out coached by a Qb Coach. Defense could not make a stop when needed and no adjustment. Pouncey shit Snaps helped dig a hole. Ben being lost in the first half cost us. Poor Tackling on defense reared it ugly head again. Shit play calling by an OC in the first half cost us. Now the if question what changes are made we know Tomlin Safe. What coach will be the scape goat. Was this Ben Last Game? What Fa’s played their game for Pittsburgh? What becomes the biggest need in the Draft? What spot do the Steelers now draft? I am also curious how fast will Tomlin be hired if he was fired

Probably not a lot of trade value, but better than cutting him. I think Ben still has something left, but not with Tomlin & friends.Professor Half Wit wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 4:34 am1. No one is going to give a lot for Ben after this season.

And that's not a good shot of Ben alone on the sidelines.

His completion percentage is almost 70%, he throws for 500 yards and yet his YPA is 7.4. That tells you a lot about how this offense is still rinky dink.

And now Tomlin wants to take a TO to extend the misery of this season ending debauchery.
