And the displaced Saints are torching the Packers. Love it when Green Bay loses and does so by getting throttled.
NO up 5 TD's and are throwing it deep.
And the reigning MVP playing like a sniveling little bitch.
Well, he has his bar, club musical career to fall back on.
I swear, those State Farm ad's he has been featured in the past week are so lame. Then Subway comes along and tops it with the Brady commercial today.
I mean, the idea of ads are to sell product but Subway(which is total garbage) isn't doing itself any favors by putting out ads like they did with Brady on opening Sunday.

If not for a few patted passes our offense would have looked the same according to some here.
3 non-call DPI and a dropped pass on 3rd downs makes it kind of hard to move the chains

Browns offense looks superb.

Glad KC finally answered but the Browns are going to be very, very tough this year.

They are actually a better team without OBJ.

No, but there were some very encouraging signs in the second half.

The biggest encouraging sign was the time that Ben had to throw. He was much better protected in the third and fourth quarters.

After that it was Najee's big 18 yard run. The run blocking, even while Harris didn't have a ton of room, was significantly better than last year and being that it's week one, hopefully these guys gel and the run blocking keeps improving.

Yes there was. Agreed.

At this point though, our offense (and Ben) needs to make a big leap.

Otherwise we will be what we’ve been. And that’s an easy out in the postseason
The Steelers are among the NFL’s worst teams in total offense (30th) and total defense (28th). Highest paid defense in the league by far. We are lucky to have Mike Tomlin.

Well you certainly won’t see me defending Jibbs postseason work.

But ummmm, it wasn’t Jibbs that tossed 4 INTs at home now was it?

Ben tossing it to the wrong team for the past decade plus has played a big part as well.

Turnovers in the postseason tends to = losses.

Hopefully you aren’t going to try to dispute that too.

Mayfield definitely has his issues rolling left still. Big time. He looks like a D- quarterback in those situations. The rest of them he’s pretty good.

On the nausea scale, the new USAA Gronk commercial has them topped though.

Bud got one whole tackle while his defense got smoked.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

They are less than a TD ahead of an exceedingly mediocre Bears team who already gave away 3 points.

You have to wonder just how good this defense is going to be. Typically, offenses start the year well ahead of the defenses. And we just played one of the top offenses from last season, who had pretty much everyone back. Granted, Allen missed a lot of throws and also had some drops.

Not sure they are mediocre. Still a top 5 defense and Nagy has one of the best offensive minds in football.

Hell, he won and went to the playoffs with Trubisky at the helm.

Bears will win games this year book it.

Yeah but that entire sequence happened because Donald threw that 330lb olinemen to the side like I throw a beer can in the trash.
