With the loss of Mike McGlinchey from the Right Tackle position, it would be wise for San Fran to consider some depth and development on the right side of the line (especially with several young and talented QBs in the fold).
With the 173rd pick, the 49ers select:
Carter Warren, OT, Pittsburgh
Warren is coming off of a season-ending injury (played only 4 games in 2022), but he has the tools to become a starter at the next level: 6'5.5", 311 lbs, and 35.375" arms (a 7-ft wingspan).

The Indianapolis Colts select:
Chase Brown, RB, Illinois

Chase Brown, RB, Illinois
Unable to draft both of the Brown Twins by 1 pick, the Rams shift gears and disappoint John Wollford fans everywhere.
The selection is all time NCAA passing record holder (159 passing touchdowns, 16,869 passing yards) Tyson Bagent, Rams of Shepherd.
